Michael Busch fulfilled a dual shortage of a cycle and the Chicago cub on Tuesday night opened a nine-game road trip with a win of 8–3 over Washington’s citizens.

Busch finished with a walk of 3 -Four -4, scored three runs and scored twice for the cub, who won three straight games and 13 out of 16. Nico Hornear had two runs single, and Dansbi Swansan hit two sacrifices flies.

Luis Garcia Junior made three hits for citizens.

Trevor Williams (3-6) gave five runs on five hits in 4 1/3 innings.

Chicago played without an outfielder Kyle, which is day-to-day with a jam finger.

The National first took a 1-0 lead when CJ Abrams led a single, stole the second, went third on a groundout and scored on a single by Garcia.

Chicago quickly tied it when Bush left the other with triple and scored on Swansan’s sacrifice fly.

In Washington Third, Jose Tena led to a walk and delen Lil placed the runners second and third. Taana scored when Abrams dropped out and Lil came home on a sacrifice fly by James Wood and made it 3–1.

The cub quickly tied it again. Pete Crow-Armestrong went beyond the fourth and stole the third. Carson Kelly arrived at the choice of a fielder, in which Crow-Armestrong finished third. Busch went third in the domestic Crow-Armestrong and Kelly. Swansan provided his second sacrifice fly to tie it.
