Maple Leafs aim to achieve series lead in game 5 vs panthers

Florida Panthers have got their game. Toronto Maple Leafs are hoping to return to their own and when they host panthers for Game 5 on Wednesday, take the series lead again.
Less than a week ago, Maple Leafs came with two occasions in South Florida with two occasions in seven-seven chains, which were with two opportunities to put defending champs on the verge of elimination. Instead, they return to Toronto with a series tied 2–2, in the second period of Sports 3 blown the two-goal lead before falling 5–4 in overtime, then left 2–0 in Game 4 on Sunday.
Maple Leafs will look for more than some of their top players, who have cooled down after a strong start for Postsen.
Captain Auston Mathews is trapped without a score of this series. Mich Marnar has scored only one shot in the last three matches after putting four in the series opener. John Thawres, who opened the playoffs with five points in the first three matches, has just two points – against Florida in both goal sports 3 – in the last six.
Toronto coach Craig Beerub said, “Sometimes your top people, sometimes they look great to get a chance.” “I think there are times where we can keep more puck on the net on angles, bad angles, just firing it there with people going on the net. You never know, it stops anyone, rebound or anything like that.”
Joseph Wole would be again in the goal, with Anthony Stolarz still sidelined with an unknown injury in Game 1. The Vol game 4 was solid to face 37 shots in the loss of 4, out of 29, 29 out of 29 were coming in two periods.
“I had experience, I think that the last few years have definitely helped,” Vol said. “I have believed that I know I am capable of those situations.”
Stolarz was on ice and progressing before practice on Tuesday, but still has no time to return.
Meanwhile, the panthers are coming out of a game 4 win, which showed the game, which helped him reach the Stanley Cup final in each of the last two sessions and sent Tampa Bay Lightning in five matches in the last round.
In closure of Toronto, Florida was defensively and strong in the target, distributing hard hits and tightening its gaps – one of the first three matches, in which he allowed 13 goals.
Panthers coach Paul Maurice said, “Such a dynamic team, Toronto, that if you do not do enough work for your red line from the goal line, you put the defenseman in a very, very difficult position,” said Paul Maurice, the coach of the panthers. “I felt that our forward allowed (Raksha) to play as well as (Raksha).”
Sam Bennett is still clutch for Florida in this spring. He leads the team with five goals, including the second tally in Sunday’s victory, and is one of eight panthers with eight points through nine matches. He is embarrassed by two goals of his playoff career set in the previous season.
Bennett said, “We did a big job to show our work and we settled at home.” “We played two better games. It is now one of the best. It can definitely be a fun end of the series.”
