The move looked suspicious in the beginning, as LSG had to rely on Mitchell Marsh and Eden Markram as openers.
Shaw is understood by the inclusion of Shaw as LSG lacked Indian top-order options. Despite his fitness and discipline concerns, Shaw is one of the talented batsmen who are not yet hitting their roof. He is one of some Indians who score a test hundred on the debut, but now he is nowhere.
Justin Langer is to be dismissed before IPL 2026?
In addition, LSG is allegedly set to participate with Langer after the IPL 2025 season. Langers joined the team in July 2023, but things did not happen according to the plan.
