Logan Web, Giants NL-Soon to seek series win against poor Rockies

San Francisco giants will win another at home on Sunday when they will go for a third win against Colorado Rockies in their four-game series.
The veteran Ace Logan Web (3-2, 2.83) as San Francisco is being protested by fighting the right-handing German Markets (0-5, 9.82), defeating the series opener 4-3 on Thursday, defeating the series, goes to the third consecutive win.
Matt Chapman has been a driving force in the victory of two veterans, who shut down his team’s scoring in a 4–0 win on Friday and gave a smack to a Grand Slam to cap in the sixth innings of five runs in a 6-3 win on Saturday.
The veterans have made only 12 hits in two wins, but manager Bob Melvin reminded everyone later: when it is, how many not.
Regarding Chapman, he said, “Many of his houses run and many of his hits have been impressive,” he said that 1 -for -3 Day improved its average. “We have a lot of people, who we think we can get more than aggressive. But today we can be hit on a long time. Hopefully it will promote some confidence in the plate.”
This season, with a fourth series win in five in five so far, would not prefer anything better than breaking into a finale against the legendary marks, who started the weekend for the National League lead in defeat.
The 30 -year -old has scored six or more earned runs in each of the last four to start. He is coming out of 5 1/3-inning outing at home against Atlanta Braves on Tuesday in which he gave seven runs and a season-and-season 11 hits.
Somewhat surprisingly, Markes were excited later, paying attention, “I changed my delivery a little, and I liked it. Everything was right. I have to take it and keep going.”
He is potentially looking forward to improve some ugly career numbers against veterans, against which he has gone 5–10 with 6.62 ERA in 17.
“I’m struggling,” he said. “This is a kind of disappointment, but every outing is an opportunity to make a good start. I do not have the results. I must work and be better.”
On the other hand, the web has feas on Rockies over the years, going 8–3 with 3.23 ERAs in 16 Head-to-heads (15 start). Eight wins are the highest against any opponent.
Like Marx, the web was also the worst in its most recent beginning in San Diego on Tuesday. He was tagged with a loss of 7–4 defeat, allowing five runs and nine hits in only five innings.
Both pitches are likely to have increased confidence in view of the first three matches in the series.
Rockies has made just 16 hits in three matches, including no one for additional targets in his two losses. Four out of seven of his seven in the series came to win 4-3 on Thursday.
At 6–27, Rockies has the worst record in the major league. A little more than a month in the season, they are already 17 games behind Los Angeles Dojers in the National League West.
