Lions LB Malcolm Rodriguez (Knee) out by November

Head coach Dan Campbell said on Thursday that the Detroit Lions Line Backer Malcolm Rodriguez would not return from his knee injury.

Asked about a timetable for Rodriguez, Campbell said, “He is not going to start the season when tore his right ACL in last year’s Thanksgiving game.

“Conservatively? November. … Yes, it is probably the best way to say it. Perhaps November. Somewhere.”

26-year-old Rodriguez recorded 43 tackles and 2.0 sacks in 10 games (six start) before maintaining a season-turned injury in a 23-20 holiday win on rival Chicago Beer in week 13.

The sixth round of draft pickle of 2022 has prolonged 151 tackle, 3.0 sacks, two forced communities and two fambal recovery in 43 career games (24 starts) for Lions.
