Lightning f oliver bjorkstrand series vs out for panthers

Tampa Bay Lightning Forward Oliver Bjorkstrand will not play in the first series of the team’s Eastern Conference against Florida Panthers, the announcement by head coach John Cooper on Saturday.

Bjorkstrand is believed to have upheld the injury during Tampa Bay’s 4-3 overtime losses on the Detroit Red Wings on 11 April on 11 April.

The 30 -year -old Bjorkstrand has nine points (five goals, four aids) in 18 matches, as the club acquired them from Seattle Crackn before the NHL trade deadline. He recorded 37 points (16 goals, 21 aids) in 61 matches with crackons in 2024–25.

In the 2013 NHL draft, the third round pick by Columbus Blue Jacket, Bjorkstrand has a total of 384 points (172 goals, 212 aids) in 624 career games with blue jackets, cracks and lightening.
