Liam Hendrix, active by Red Sox, returns after a gap of about 2 years

Boston Red Sox on Saturday activated Liam Hendric from the 15-day injured list, marking the right-hand return to Major for the first time in about two years.

The 36 -year -old Hendric faced an elbow injury while pitching for Chicago White Sox on 9 June 2023, which would eventually require Tommy John Surgery. He was making his fifth appearance of that season after treatment of Stage 4 non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

He reported his first spring training with red sox, but was sidelined from inflammation in his right elbow.

In 2023, a three-time all-star and American League Comeback Player of the Year, 33-34 records with 116 services near Hendrik and 476 career performance with 3.82 ERA (44 starts) with Minnesota Twins, Toronto Blu Jais, Kansas City Royals, Term Royals, Torrento Royals and Voicland SOX 3.82 ERA.

Right-handed Hunter Dobins was given the option for Triple-e-Warsster after Friday’s game against White Sox.
