Kings’ Ez Copter won the third woman Beng Trophy

Los Angeles Kings Anise Copter is the winner of the Lady Beng Trophy to the NHL player which shows the most gentle conduct.
He heard the news on a family holiday in Slovenia, playing a round of golf with his father. After nine holes, daughter Neja and son Jacob told him that he was the recipient of his third woman Baiing.
“You won the award for the best NHL player,” Neja said.
In 81 regular-Sector Games in the 2024-25 season, Copter was only two minor punishment. He prolonged 67 points (21 goals, 46 aid), then added nine points (two goals, seven supports) to six playoff games.
The 37-year-old Copter also won Lady Bing in the 2015-16 and 2022-23 season and became the 10th player to win it at least three times.
The Kings captain said, “For me, it was just a gentle person.” “Hockey is a physical game, but within those parameters, I think there is a clear room, I think, (to be) a gentleman, a good boy, respect for his peers, respect for the authorities. Just take themselves in a way where children see you, you see young children on ice. I think it is still maintained and I am honorable.”
Copter is twice as the Stanley Cup winner, and won the Selke Trophy twice (2015-16, 2017-18) and the Mark Macier NHL Leadership Award (2021-22) as the Best Defense Forward.
He finished first in voting with 856 points, followed by Breeden Point of Tampa Bay Lightning (793 points), Jack Ichhel of Vegas Golden Nights (782), Carolina Storm ‘Jacob Slavin (760) and Montreal Canadians Nick Suzukl.
Kings selected him with the 11th overall pick of the 2005 NHL draft.
