Kavya Maran lost her cool because Harshal Patel left the seated, social media was shocked. Watch

Kavya Maran, the owner of Sunrisers Hyderabad, actually wears emotions on his sleeves. Often present in the stand to please his team, Maran had not much to celebrate in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season, with a franchise, only 7 matches were recorded in 7 matches. In the match against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Friday, Maran saw an angry avatar as SRH star Harshal Patel dropped an easy hold of Ravindra Jadeja. Jadeja was batting at 9 when Jadeja’s wrong shot seemed safely descending in Harshal’s hands. However, Pesar allowed the ball to slip from his hands, so Zeshan Ansari and his team dropped down. Maran was quite fierce.

Jadeja scored 21 off 17 balls before he was dismissed by Kamindu Mendis.

SRH entered the desperate match for victory, after the SRH finished an earth time in the first half of the campaign. After exiting the previous game, the franchise brought Mohammed Shami back to the team. Shami rewarded the team with one wicket on the first ball of the match. SRH eventually won the match

It was Sunrisers Skipper Pat Cummins who won the toss and opted for the first field.

“We have a bowl first. Chennai is always a big game that loses something, but it is a new site and boys are ready for it. If the wicket is good, supports them to get a big clan and support them to do well. The pitch looks a bit dry,” Cummins said at the time of the toss.

CSK made some changes in the team after finishing SRH as a bad run.

“The main reason for dew was that we wanted to bowl earlier. In almost all departments when you are not playing good cricket, there is a possibility that there will be pressure on other people as well. We want to get this process correctly. We are trying the best of our level, I think the old red clay wicket was a good, before the 2010 Champions League.
