Jonathan Milan Tour de Sprints on stage to win in France

Italy’s Jonathan Milan captured Tour de France’s Stage 8, with a successful sprint with a successful sprint in Laval, France on Saturday.

This was a career victory for 24 -year -old Tour de France for Milan, the team’s chase 2021 Tokyo Olympic gold medalist and 2024 World Champions in personal search.

Belgian Wout Van Ert finished second in western France in the 171.4-km-km stage and Kaden Groves of Australia finished third.

Defending and three -time champion Tedes Pogacker of Slovenia retained the Yellow Jersey of the overall race leader, which was implicated by Belgian’s Remco Ansel and France’s Kevin Wouquelin. Matio Jorgenson is the leading American in the race in sixth position.

On Sunday, Stage 9 is a flat 174.1-3rr’s trek from Chinon to Chetorox. International Cycling’s premiere 21-stage race will end in Paris on 27 July.
