Javier Sanoja’s first homer Marlins rally last phillies

Xavier Sanoja scored five runs and Miami Marlins on Sunday avoided winning 7–5 in 10 innings against host Philadelphia Philos.
Sanoja, who entered the day with zero home runs and three RBI in 27 career games, helped Miami to snap the five-game losing streak. Connor Norbby added three hits for Marlins while Dane Myers made two hits and scored twice.
Bryas Harper recorded two hits and two RBI for Philadelphia, winning his last three matches. Jesus Lujardo allowed two runs (one earned) in seven innings against his former team, out of a walk without a walk.
Miami launched 4–2 in the eighth innings, before visitors scored three runs against Orion Kairing. Norbi led a single and Otto Lopez chased with a base hit. Sanoja recovered the 1–1 pitch on the left area fence to get the next two hits before exploding.
Philadelphia tied it to the lower half for some unstable defense by Marlins. The second baseless Otto Lopez botted a potential innings-ending double play and then landed a grounder between Cal Savenson, which allowed the taiting run to score.
Phillies put two runners in the ninth against Calvin Fauchar (1–1), but they were unable to push the decisive runs. This determines the platform for the further rally of Marlins.
Myers placed an ideal divide in the 10th against Matt Stharum (1-1) and placed the runners first and third. The sacrifice fly of the Kyle Stores made it 6-5 and then the myers stole Sanoza’s grounder to second place before an insurance run.
Philadelphia scored three runs in the first innings against Konner Gillispy, highlighted by Harper’s two runs double.
Miami climbed the board in the second innings on Sanoja’s sacrifice fly. Marlins added an unarmed run to the seventh as the other baseless Bryson Stot could not handle a two-out grounder, which enabled Sanoja to score to bring Marlins within 4–2.
Gilispy allowed four runs and seven hits in five frames. Jesus Tinoko, the fourth Miami Relief of the game retired in order to register his first sev.
