Logical option
Leaving Sai Reformson and Karun Nair can open a place at number 6 where Nitish Reddy can come. If he bowls 10–15 overs, Shubman Gill will help to rotate the other three pacers. India’s batting will also be strengthened with Reddy at number 6 and Jadeja in 7.
Kuldeep Yadav can come as a direct exchange for Sharadul Thakur, which maintains fame and Siraj. If Bumrah is rested, Arshdeep Singh can come in. However, Team India is unlikely to make so many changes only after 1 test.
