Jason hits Padress Il of Havard; The crook encouraged Tiro Oranelus

The San Diego Padress on Saturday placed the veteran outfielder Jason Haward due to left knee inflammation in the 10-day injured list and promoted outfields Tiro Oranelus from Triple-AL Paso.

The 35 -year -old Heward, who batted. 190 with a Homer and six RBI in 17 matches this season, joined the injured list in Center Fielders Jackson Merryl (Right Hamstring Strain) and Brandon Locker’s (left Hamstring Strain). Havedes appeared in 11 consecutive sports before the need to sit out on Friday night to address their knee crisis.

The 25 -year -old Ornelus signed for a $ 1.5 million bonus in 2017, but still joined the Padress in search of his major league. The 6-Foot-3, 200-Pound left-handed hitter racks 28 Homer and one .291/.367/.462 slash line in 203 games in four sessions for El Paso.

Ornelus has posted an average of .281 with a Homer and seven RBI in 17 matches in Triple-A this season.
