Jake Paul ranked number 14, eligible for title shot

Jake Paul is now eligible for a title shot that he is ranked by one of the four major approved bodies of boxing.
Paul (12–1, 7 kos) has been ranked 14th on the heels of his victory on former middle middle censor Caves Junior by the World Boxing Association on Saturday.
Paul, 28, dismissed Chavez (54–7–7) to make a unanimous decision in the 10-round bout, California.
Although Paul praised Chavez after the battle, the influential-turn-turnover of social media threw his cosmic cap in the ring for a possible title shot.
“I want hard fighters,” Paul said after winning the judges’ scorecards 99-91, 97-93 and 98-92. “I want to be a world champion.”
Paul won six matches in a row after a divided decision for Tommy Fury in February 2023.
Ramirez defeated Yunil Dorticos on Saturday through a decision to successfully defend his WBA and WBO titles at a co-intended program.
