No matter who wins a cruiserweight battle between Jake Paul and Julio Cssar Chavez Junior, on Saturday, the bout has already been a large -scale moneymaker to join many.

The card has set a record for the largest boxing gate in the history of the Honda Center in Anahem, California, and the sportsbooks are looking at heavy action before the main event.

The 28 -year -old Paul lacks the resumption of Chavez, but is 11 years younger than the former champion. This has inspired Audsmackers to maintain Paul as a heavy pre-fighting favorite.

The former YouTube star was being introduced in -575 at Draftkings on Friday night, with Chavez +400 underdog. Paul’s line -600 was in the betamgam, on +450 with Chavez and another major event from Paul with the book was estimated.

The last time he stepped into the ring, Paul defeated former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. Despite Tyson being three decades of being senior, the fight was the most stream and heaviest in history.

Alex Rela, senior businessman at Betamgam, said, “After the most stake fight in Betamgam history, Jake Paul Julio sees Julio Caesar Chavez Junior to take out another former WBC Champion in Junior.” “However, Chavez was a champion more than a dozen years ago and lost to Anderson Silva in 2021, losing to Jake Paul in 2022. The fight mathematics may not be correct, but it can help indicate time and why Jake Paul is a -600 favorite.”

‘Path for a World Championship’

Paul (11–1, 7 kos) enters its 13th professional battle against experienced Chavez (54–6-1, 34 kos), which is the latest in a wide variety of aging boxers and former MMA stars, which they have included in the ring for large-scale payment.

“He is a great fighter,” said Paul. “I like big names. I like mythological names. He is on my way for a world championship. He is a difficult test, a very difficult exam, but I am here to challenge myself and do big things in this game and then run a title after defeating it on Saturday.”

Chavez quickly maligned Paul’s track record, keeping it small and simple.

“No, I don’t think he’s good,” said Chavez. “I think he tries (and) trains, but he is not a good fighter. If he was a good boxer, everyone at this level would be a legend. Everyone knows it.”

Chavez was considering giving himself an ultimatum: a possible retirement if he loses to Paul. Chavez is very confident that he is going to be the first person to exclude the former YouTube star.

“I always prepare to win one,” said Chavez. “I am to win here, that’s why I am confident that I am going to win.”

Meanwhile, Paul asked to predict how he would be strong on Saturday night.

“I am going to knock him out. That’s what I came here to do,” Paul said. “First round, it’s going to be an early night. It’s a perfect hook and I am going home early. We are going home quickly. We are not paid for overtime. It’s going to be a great performance.”
