South African veteran and former Sunrisers Hyderabad player Dale Stan has dropped all -rounder Nitish Reddy out of the Indian Premier League. India’s players, who acted for India against Australia at Melbourne Cricket Ground earlier this year, is a decent right-arm medium fast bowler. However, he is yet to make the same delivery in this IPL season. Reddy-one batting all-rounder-22 has experience playing IPL matches. He has taken three wickets in those matches. Stan, who also worked as an SRH bowling coach in the past, slammed the side for not using Reddy as a bowler. His X post came on Thursday during SRH’s IPL 2025 match against Mumbai Indians.
The Star Player played a major role in India’s Melbourne Test vs. Australia with his all -round abilities, which was held in December last year. In one of the innings, Reddy scored 114 runs, while bowling 8 affordable overs.

Talking about the game, Mi registered its third win of the IPL 2025 season, defeating SRH by four wickets at the Wankhede Stadium. Chasing the target of 163, the MI reached the line in 18.1 overs, giving SRH to the fifth defeat of the campaign.
After the match, SRH captain Pat Cummins admitted that his side decreased with the bat on a difficult surface.
“The easiest of the wicket was,” Cummins said
He said, “160 was less. It was a difficult wicket, catching cutters. He closed our scoring areas.”
Cummins, who led the bowling attack with 3/26 figures, felt that the team gave it everything with the ball, but there was a little more need with the bat.
