IPL 2025 suspended, LSG, SRH points ticket refund

It is likely that fans are reimbursed through payment of their original mode while purchasing tickets.

This is official. The IPL 2025 season has been closed for a week amid the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan. PBKS vs. DC Clash was released on Thursday to decide during action with BCCI and IPL Governing Council. Meanwhile, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants have released ticket withdrawal information for fans.

LSG, SRH IPL 2025 release ticket refund

Due to suspended with IPL, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Veterans have released information about ticket withdrawal. On Friday, Rishabh Pant -led LSG was designed to host the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Ekna Stadium in Lucknow. Meanwhile, Sunrisers would have repaid against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. With suspension in effect, both games were closed.

Both Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow super veterans have released social media statements, which suggest details for refund. Whether specific instructions are yet to be confirmed, it is likely that fans will be reimbursed through the original mode of payment.

Apart from LSG and SRH, no team has released any update about the ticketing situation. Whether the IPL 2025 should resume, the tickets released can be postponed the later date when the game is transferred.

Players sent home to arrange travel after IPL 2025 suspension, BCCI

The decision came after PBKS vs. DC Clash stayed in Dharmasala due to security concerns. Fans and players were immediately evacuated. With the shutdown of Dharamasala airs, the BCCI arranged a special train for players, officials, broadcasters and families.

Australia’s Cricket Board, West Indies and South Africa had expressed concern for the safety of their players and were in constant touch with the Indian Cricket Board. The BCCI decided to send all the players home, and will assist in its logistics.

“They will return home; we will all help with logistics, but every foreign player and support staff members will be taken back to their respective country. Depending on the future, a call will be taken when returned to the league.
