Charlotte FC will look at the streak of a new win on Saturday night, when they travel to Columbus, Ohio to play a surgeing crew.

Even though Charlotte (6-3–1, 19 points) lost 1-0 in the New England Revolution in the last weekend for his first loss in the last four matches, coach Dean Smith said he is optimistic about a rebound vs. crew (6–1-3, 21 points).

Regarding the game against New England, Smith said, “We had enough opportunities many times in the first half.”

Smith was more worried about scoring deficiency and is lighter in the wallet. He and midfielder Ashley Westwood were issued an undeclared penalty for comments after the match.

Smith said that New England was closed before scoring its goal. He also said that the authorities could not get a handle for physical sports against their players.

“It almost doesn’t feel like a disadvantage because the authorities have taken the game away from us,” Smith said.

Charlotte Star carried forward Wilfred Zaha, who has two goals in eight matches, as well as disappointed. He took the critics on social media this week, “Please stop chapping, especially my name.”

Conversely, the crew is on a biping of 4–1-0 as the unexpected scoring occurred when struggling forward. Max Arfsten (eight in 52 matches) and Sean Zawadzki (six in six in 72) won 2–1 over San Jose earthquakes last Saturday.

His goals were not from accidents, but as a result of the attack of coach Wilfred Nancy, who tried to include every player.

“This is a relationship between the players. We do a lot of work on it,” Nancy said. “This is not one, two (player); is how four or five or six players can understand the game at the same time. This is something that we do in different ways every day.

“That’s why I am really happy that we were able to bring more uncertainty on the opposition because they are not only two, three, four players; these are more players who are included within the play.”
