India star Sarfaraz Khan lost 10 kg further from England Tour – the report shows that the difficult process reveals

Indian cricket team Batter Sarfaraz Khan has lost 10 kg through a strict diet plan before the test series against England, according to a report by India Today. Sarfaraz, who made his debut for India in 2024, has not played a single foreign Test match. The batsman was selected in a team for two matches against England Lions in India and the report claimed that he was getting ready to take maximum advantage of his opportunity. Sarfaraz is allegedly on a strict diet of boiled vegetables and chicken to improve his fitness.

The right -handed batsman Karun Nair has returned to the national recording after joining India -led India for the upcoming England tour starting on 30 May.

Bharat A is scheduled to play two games against England Lions (May 30 in Canterbury and June 6-9 in Northampton) and an intra-squad match against the Senior India Test Squad (June 13–16 in Bekenham).

Announcing the 18-Man Squad, the Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) said that Shubman Gill and B Sai would join a ‘squad’ in India before the second match against England’s Lions, once the IPL ended on June 3.

Nair, who scored a triple hundred against England in Chennai in December 2016, scored an average of 53.93 runs in the 2024/25 season in Vidarbha’s Ranji Trophy and scored 53.93 runs in the fourth highest run-run-run-run-rol-gate of the tournament.

He also painted for North Committee at the Division 1 County Championships in the last two sessions – in 14 innings, he scored 736 runs at an average of 56.61, including two centuries and the highest score of 202.

Nair and Ezavaran’s performance is very interested in the Indian team management and Ajit Agrakar -led selection committee, as they look at the huge interval in the batting order after the retirement of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.

The other test players involved in India are Dhruv Jurael in the ‘Ek’ squad, who have been appointed as the vice-captains of the team, as well as Yashsvi Jaiswal, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Shardul Thakur, Ishan Kishan, Mukesh Kumar, Akash Deep, Harshit Rana, and Sarfaj Khan, who were after action.

2024/25 Ranji Trophy also gives place to uncapricated players like Manev Suthar, Tanush Kotion, Anshul Kamboj, Tushar Deshpande, and Harsh Dubey – Khiladi and Khiladi of the tournament. Khalil Ahmed and Ruturaj Gikwad, who have played the game of white balls for India, are also included in the touring party in England.
