India is scheduled for the historic T20I series in Bangladesh ahead of the Asia Cup

India will travel to Bangladesh for a six-match white-chain series in August, including three-day internationals and for the first time, a bilateral T20i series between the two neighbors in Bangladesh.
The series also acts as the final tune-up before the 2025 T20 Asia Cup, which is ready to host India.
The tour closes with a back-to-back ODI in Dhaka on 17 and 20 August, followed by a shift to Chatogram for the third ODI on 23 August and the first T20I on 26 August. India will then return to Dhaka for the last two T20i on 29 and 31 August.
The matches in Dhaka will be held at Shere Bangla National Stadium, while Chatogram leg bir superior martyr flight will be held at Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Stadium – known as Zahur Ahmed Chaudhary Stadium.
Nizam Udin Chaudhary, Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Cricket Board, said, “The series promises to be one of the most exciting and most anticipated events in our home calendar.” “India has set a benchmark in international cricket in all formats and millions of cricket-loving in both countries are sure to enjoy this competition.”
India’s visit to India also marked his first white ball tour in Bangladesh since 2014, when he played three ODIs during the summer. Although August usually comes out of Bangladesh’s traditional cricket calendar, both countries have shown flexibility with scheduling.
In particular, Bangladesh hosted Australia for the five -match T20I series in August 2021 and conducted a test in 2017 during the same period.
India is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on August 13, with a pack journey program expected to be a high-energy, competitive range between two growing rivals in white-ball cricket.
