Ilya Tapuria Charles makes a statement with a rapid stagnation of Olivera

Las Vegas- Ilya Topapuria performed well on her promise to eliminate Charles Olivera in the first two or three rounds, knocked out the future UFC Hall-Off-Famer with explosive combo 2:27 on Saturday night to fight for the vacant UFC Lightweight Crown.

Van, a Houston -native of Burmese Decent, dropped Roywal down in closed seconds of the battle before the last bell ringing for the most vigorous crowd pop of the evening.
The van unanimously won the verdict, 29–28 on a scorecard of all three judges.
