Hunter Dobins Closes Yankeys to lift red socks

Hunter Dobins on Saturday threw six shutouts to lead the host Boston Red Sox to win a 4–3 win over New York Yankis.
By defeating New York 2–1 on Friday, Red Sox got the opportunity to sweep Yencis for the first time since August 2023.
Dobins (4–1, 3.74 ERA) were prominent, allowing only two hits and one to walk. He killed five of 82 pitches.
The rogue right-handed batsman defeated Carlos Rodan and Yankis in a back-to-back start.
Greg Vesart gave a run in the ninth, but earned his second savings.
Aaron Judge went 0 -for -4 with three strikes, giving him six strikes in two matches against Red Sox.
Rodon (8-5, 3.01 ERA) scored seven hits, four runs (three earned) and two in the five-plus innings. He killed four on 92 pitches.
In his previous beginning, he did not lose in two months of the left hand before losing 11-7 to Red Sox.
Red Sox opened the scoring in the first innings when the leadoff hit Rob Refsiner doubled on the first pitch.
With two outsiders, Carlos Narwaz hit a grounder on a deep shortstop. Anthony Wolpe fielded the ball into the hole and thrown the first ball. Refsnyder scored on single and error.
Narwaz, who won the game in the 10th innings on Friday night, launched a rally with a leadoff double in the fourth, then scored an-out by Trevor Story.
Red Sax scored again in the fifth.
Ruki Christian Campbell was hit by a pitch with two strikes. Romi Gonzalez sent him home from two-out doubles to the right-cetter field for a 3–0 Boston lead.
Boston chased Rodan in the sixth. Leaded the story from Green Monster to double. Yari de Los Santos came for Rodon. Sedden Rafela gave the third story to the third and Ruki Marcello Mayor sent him home with a sacrifice fly for a four -run lead.
As soon as Dobins left the game, Yankis climbed on the board.
Reliever Luis Gurero made Paul Goldschimidt and Jazz Chisholm Junior Jason Dominguase starting the seventh walking with one single in Goldsmide.
Austin Wales scored Chisholm and made 4–2 when Reliever Justin Wilson shut down.
This threat ended when Wilson chose DJ Lemahiu and Narwaz chose Dominguase from another base in the plate.
