How Rahul Dravid has created a ‘security trap’ for 14 -year -old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, to avoid ‘Prithvi Shaw Baylen’

“My mother died and I could not handle the circumstances. Just,” Sadanand Vishwanath’s voice suddenly became emotional as his co-featers in another AC train compartment, including an American tourist, a cricket reporter and a young businessman who was in mind. This was a journey from Gwalior to Delhi after the completion of Ranji match and Vishwanath, then a domestic umpire, three tests and 22 Odis’s brief but eventful international career. His best hour was a stumping of Javed Miadad, another teenager who was away from the bowling of another teenager proclaimed Lakshmana Shivaramakrishnan.
‘Shiva’ (then 18) and Vishwanath (at that time 22) crashed on the TV screen of the Indian drawing room during the 1985 spring and the talented pair fell from the road before the 1986 autumn.
They were then “children”, who probably needed a supportive shoulder and the people around them to be given sensible advice.
More than a decade later, Vinod Combali, after the back to back test double tones, suddenly lost his way and indiscipline stories, flew around at the point at the point, instead of his resting slash.
Perhaps, none of them had respect and integrity with a well -intentions such as 14 -year -old Vaibhav Suryavanshi is in Rahul Dravid, the head coach of Rajasthan Royals.
Along with Bihar Cricket Association President Rakesh Tiwari, Rajasthan Royals Management, Dravid and Vaibhav’s father Sanjeev, they are trying to create a security trap around the teenager, whose life has changed after becoming the youngest Centurion in the history of IPL.
“Rahul Dravid sir has taken Vaibhav under his wings and he has spoken to his parents and BCA President Rakesh Tiwari ji. Vaibhav’s parents have been asked to pay attention to any advice coming from Dravid Sir about his child’s development.”
A Bihar CA official has closely monitored the development of Suryavanshi, “They have a special talent and need to do their work to help people with well intentions to realize their full ability.”
WV Raman, one of the most respected coaches, who has done a lot of work with the N -19 of India tried to keep things in perspective.
“He is a child and he knows no fear. It’s just the beginning,” Raman told PTI, “Suryavanshi ripped all the manuals dealing with the traditional batting view for Smithrens in Jaipur.” But Raman believes that for the child to flourish, it will be important that the family, especially parents, listen to their feet on the ground.
Raman said, “He is 14 years old and there will be decisions that his parents will take for him and those decisions will be very important.”
Sivarakrishnan believes that with a large -scale support system being available, Suryavanshi does not need to worry in contrast to his era, when he and Maninder Singh had no one to talk about technical issues that were cropped in his game.
“It is very easy to guide the batsmen. To guide a bowler, you need thinkers. Me and Maninder (Maninder Singh) were out of school directly when we played 16 and 17 years old children against Pakistan and West Indies.
He said, “We came only after the spin Great quarter. Cricket was still not a full -time profession and there was no technical support or knowledge,” he said.
When a former first -class cricketer, who has worked in NCA and the franchise has taken large -scale young cricketers in the universe, was asked how Suryavanshi could be preserved, he had many insight.
“You want to protect Suryavanshi? Clearly, you can’t because it is the nature of the animal. He is 14 years old and he will make mistakes and know through testing and error.
He said, “There is a ‘Shubman Gill Highway’ and a ‘Prithvi Shaw Baylen’. He has to choose the road he traves and obviously the parents will play the role.”
After the IPL, Suryavanshi will have to go to the NCA (COE) U -19 camp, where he will enter as a “star”, who has dropped Mohammad Sirj and Ishant Sharma out of the park.
“And for everyone you know, children are children and they can be bottle. And why not? He was surprised.
Then he gave some practical inputs.
“If you say that Rahul Dravid takes care of him in the year, then it is an impractical. Rahul is a team coach and is not a private coach like Abhishek Nair, who has a mandate to decide every aspect of Angrishna Raghuvanshi’s career.
“Let me give you another direct example. Suppose a man with a well -intended man gets an agency to manage splendor, for a guarantee of 20 crores for four years and for support.
“But then another agency reaches its parents with a deal of Rs 40 crore, what happens?” He forces one to consider.
He then explains in detail, many other distractions that play as Suryavanshi grows.
“After 60 days with RR, he is on his own. Will be local politicians who will order him to stand on desses to come for tasks and get photographs. He has at least 14 assistant employees working for him in RR, may be in five to six Bihar and one and 10 ZCA/NCA (Coe).
“Add parents and agents, there are 45 people directly and indirectly involved in decision making and 40 rely on them, 40 of them will be useless. But whether they are five, who are ready to think seriously, can achieve that freedom? Suryavanshi’s success story is somewhere among these aspects,” he said.
