Paer Mohammad Siraj of Star India has condemned the terrorist attack at the hill station in Pahgam in Jammu and Kashmir. Sirj took his views and anger on the events on social media. At least 26 civilians, most of the tourists, were killed in the Pahgam terrorist attack on Tuesday, the most deadly attack in the valley since the Pulwama strike in 2019. Writing on X, Siraj described the terrorist attack as a “demonic act” and expected to punish the terrorists.

Siraj wrote, “Read about the horrific and shocking terrorist attack in Pahgam. There is pure evil to target and kill innocent citizens in the name of religion. No reason, no belief, no ideology can ever justify such demonic acts,” Siraj wrote.

,Yeh kaisi ladai hai jahaan insaan ky kaan ke koi keemat hi nahi(What kind of war it is where there is no cost of human life?), “Siraj questioned.

“I can’t even start imagining that pain and trauma, families will have to pass. Families may get the strength to avoid this unbearable grief. We are very sorry for your loss. I hope that this madness will end soon and it is found and punished,” Siraj said.

Many current and former Indian cricketers also shared their condolences and talked against the terror of Pahalgam attack.

Former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman posted on his official Twitter account, “In Pahalgam, extremely painful attack on innocent tourists. There is condolences to those who have lost their loved ones.

Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina also posted on his X handle, “Heartbroken by the Pahgam terrorist attack in Kashmir today. I strongly condemn this cowardly act by Pakistan-respected terrorists.
