Hani Mukhtar to help Nashville Blanc Fire

Hani Mukhtar scored in the 56th minute and Nashville SC defeated hosts Chicago Fire 2–0 on Saturday night to expand his unbeaten streak in nine matches.

Sam Saraij added a goal in the 75th minute. Andy Nazar assisted both goals.

Joe Wilis saved eight for Nashville (9-4-5, 32 points), which recorded his second shutout over a period of about two months.

Mukhtar’s goal came on a goal on the second shot of Nashville as it was difficult to achieve a constant crime, but Nashville ended with his first win in the last three matches (1-0-2).

Fire (7-6-4, 25 digits), who were playing in their first home match in more than a month, could not avail additional occupation opportunities after 19 Nashville Foul. Chicago goalkeeper Jeff Gall stopped a shot.

Nashville is 5–0-4 in the nine matches.

Mukhtar’s goal came from inside the box with the help of Nazar. A modest touch on a pass from the eye on the right side of Mukhtar, which entered the box from the top middle.

It marked the eighth target of Mukhtar in the eighth of the year and the second in a stretch of three matches. Nashville has scored twice in each of its last four MLS games.

The fire entered the game on the streak of a two-match win and came out of DC United’s 7–1 whipping a week ago.

Chicago is only 1-2-4 at home this season.

Nashville managed only one shot on the goal for the first 56 minutes of the match.
