Geekay Esports and NTMR, tied over the standing, remained unbeaten on Saturday, as the week 5 launched the overwatch champions series in the series 2025 – North America Stage 2.
NTMR (6–0) reached the same result against DHILLLDUCKS (0-6), and Geekay Esports (6–0) extinction (1-4).
Tournament, played online, eight teams are included. The regular-season round robin will end on 15 June, with six qualifying teams to go to the double-elimination regional playoffs.
The top three teams will move forward in the Middarson Championship and North America Stage 3. The prize money has not been fixed yet.
In the best-five match, NTMR’s 3–0 sweep won 2–0 on Busan Control, followed by 3–1 on Circuit Royal Escort and 3–0 at Survasa Flashpoint. NTMR’s American Rocco “Chronic” Iacobacci was voted in MVP.
Geekay’s sweep included a 2–0 win over Oasis control, 3–1 on Surwasa flashpoint and 116.75m to 74.28m on runSappe push. Geekay Esports’ Dennis “Turkish’s Turkish match was MVP.
The week 5 continues with two matches on 5 Sundays.
