Lanoris vendors of South Carolina are expected to be one of the best quarterbacks at the South East conference this season and possibly, a high pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

According to his father, the stock of vendors was so high after his breakout 2024 campaign that schools made an attractive offer to the family to motivate him to move.

In a story published by Athletic on Monday, Noris Sellers said that his son’s highest proposal was for two years and $ 8 million. The schools where they reached were not identified.

“He was offered all kinds of crazy numbers,” Noris told the outlet. “I told him that he could say,” I am going to live or I am going to go. ” (But) My two cents: It was to go to college on a scholarship, get our degree and go about our business.

In his Sofomore season – his first as a starter – Sellers completed 65.6 percent of his near 2,534 yards, 18 touchdowns and seven interception. He added 674 yards and seven scores on the ground.

Most especially, the vendors helped the gameCox to harass the intrastate rival Claimson 17–14 on 30 November. He threw 164 yards away and ran for 166 yards and two touchdowns, including 1:08 and also included the game-winning score on the game of third and 16.

Sellers earned the third team All-Sek Samman (Ole-Sek ‘Jackson Dart and Texas’ Kuin Evers), helping Illinois to eliminate South Carolina regularly from the regular season 9-3. Nil endorsement deals were put into offsen, but his father advised him not to chase more money from rival schools.

“You are 19,” Noris said. “You don’t need ($ 8 million). You are in a great place. There were many talks, but it never exceeded your mind (to leave). It’s a challenge with colleges that are offering such money to young people. They are not $ 8 million for two years? They are not right people in their corners.”
