Four-game skid broken, reds chase series Split vs. Braves

The two pitchers starting the bounce-back will close on Thursday when Atlanta Braves completed their homestand with the conclusion of their four-market series against Cincinnati Reds.
Braves won the first two matches of the series, but Cincinnati won 4–3 on Wednesday and ended the four-game losing streak.
Friday’s pitching match has Atlanta’s right-arm Spencer Shelbelback (1-3, 3.92 ERA) against Sinsinati Southpav Nick Lodolo (3-3, 3.27). Neither did it pitch well in its latest beginning.
