Former San Jose State Star Chandler Jones died in 33

Former San Jose State Standout Comprehensive Receiver Chandler Jones, who holds school records for catch and receive a touchdown, died in the weekend in 33, the school announced on Monday.

According to Mynewsla, Jones died in a traffic accident in Los Angeles that included Toyota Rav4. According to the California highway petrol, the accident occurred local time on Sunday at around 2 pm. Jones was declared dead on the spot.

Jones, who played in the state of San Jose from 2010-13, ended with 248 receptions and 29 touchdown tombs in 50 career games. A respectable mention in 2013 is All-American, she ranks second in Spartons history with 3,087 yards.

After the career of his game, which included a term in the Canadian Football League, Jones spent time on the coaching staff of Spartons as a graduate assistant. He also coached CFL in 2023-24 as his assistant defensive back coach along with Montreal Uloreats.

San Jose State Coach Brent Brainon hired for the coach in 2017, “I have broken my heart over the news of losing this incredible person.
