Flyers acquire F Trevor Zegrass from Duck

Philadelphia flyers acquired Trevor Zegrass from Ainahim Duck on Monday, the partner in exchange for Ryan pooling and two draft pics.

Duck will receive a second round of draft pick (45th overall) in 2025 and in the fourth round in 2026.

24-year-old Zegras, entering the final season of three years, is a $ 17.25 million deal and hits a cap of $ 5.75 million for 2025–26. He is going to become a restricted free agent in the next summer.

In 2019, draft by Anahem with the ninth overall pick, Zegrass recorded 186 points (67 goals, 119 support) with Duck in 268 Games.

Since posting the back-to-back 60-point season in 2021–22 and 2022-23, Zegrass was limited to 47 points in 88 matches in the last two campaigns. He finished eighth in the team with 12 goals in 57 matches in 2024–25.

The 26-year-old pooling prolonged a career-high 31 points (12 goals) in 68 matches with Philadelphia in 2024–25.

There are 95 points of pooling (43 goals, 52 aids) in 283 career games with Montreal Canadines, Pittsburgh Penguins and Flyers. Montreal drafted him in the first round (25th composite) in 2017.
