F McCenzi Magbaco out of draft, propounded for Texas A&M

Indiana transfer McKenzie Magbaco withdrew from the NBA draft and confirmed his commitment to Texas A&M on Tuesday.

“I decided to focus on becoming a lock first-round pick next year,” 6-Foot-8 forward told ESPN. “I am committed to improving my game based on the response of NBA teams.”

MGBAKO was estimated to be a second round pick in the draft of June 25–26. Undercucelemn has done to withdraw ET at 11:59 pm on Wednesday and maintain his college eligibility.

MGBAKO, a McDonalds at High School, and 2023-24 Big Ten Co-Freshman of the Year, took average of 12.2 points and 4.6 rebounds in 32 games (starting with 31) as a Somorer in 2024-25.

He entered the transfer portal in March and committed to the Ex -Cases before discovering the draft process, including an invitation to the Zee League Elite Camp in Chicago earlier this month.

“I look forward to creating my experience in Combinene and teamwork and translate to the full season of basketball at Texas A&M,” MGBACO told ESPN. “I am keen to play in the system of coach (Baki) Macmillan, whatever he is asked to help our team win, play in NCAA tournament and go deep in March.”

Texas A&M Buzz ended 23–11 in the previous season under Williams, which left to become head coach in Maryland. McMillan spent the last five sessions in coaching in Samford.
