Houston Dynamo won six MLS matches this season before taking Los Angeles FC on 5 April.

Dynamo is now in the midst of an unbeaten stretch of four matches as they want to complete a sweep of a regular-season series with hosts Los Angeles FC in Remach on Saturday night.

Houston (2–4-4, 10 points) started the season with four failures and two draws before a 1-0 domestic win over LAFC. Jack McGlin scored a single goal in the 58th minute.

Dynamo followed two relationships before winning a 2–0 win over Austin FC in the last weekend.

Maintaining streak on the LAFC pitch will be challenging in the eyes of Houston coach Ben Alassen.

“Looking at them, he is one of the most athletic teams in the league,” said Alsen. “They are very, very difficult at home. They are one of the top three teams, in my opinion, in the league right now. It will be a very difficult match.”

Ezequiel PONCE leads dynamo with three goals.

LAFC star Dennis Buanga has a team-secretary four goals after both of them talked about St. Louis City in a 2–2 tie in the previous weekend. Buanga’s second goal came in the fifth minute of the second half stops time as LAFC saved the draw.

The MLS Play has LAFC 1-0-2 since the anemic loss in Houston.

LAFC coach Steve Cherundolo expects another tough fight on Saturday.

“Our hands are complete, of course,” Cherundolo said. “I always like to play them. It is a good matchup for both sides and usually makes an exciting match. I am eager for it.”

Jeremy Abobis (61 Career MLS goals) first missed the Houston match, but expected to increase the time of playing as he continues to move beyond a additive injury. Ebobisse was sidelined for four-plus weeks, but drowned for eight minutes against St. Louis for eight minutes after playing 12 minutes from the bench a week earlier against Portland Timbers.

LAFC recently added free agent Midfielder Ryan Raposo, who spent the last five sessions with Vancouver Whitcaps. Canadian told reporters on Friday that he still needs to get his American work visa before he could take the ground for LAFC.

LAFC is 0-4-1 and has been out 8–0 in matches of the last five regular sessions against Houston. However, LAFC won 2–0 over Dynamo in the final of the Western Conference of 2023.
