Toronto Blue Jas will see on Friday to expand a pair of winning lines when opening a three-game series against hosts Tampa Bay Rez.

Blue Jais recorded his third win on Thursday afternoon on San Diego Padress with 7-6 to 7-6, 11-inning win.

Dolton Varsho followed his Grand Slam in Toronto’s 14–0 Rome on Wednesday, which came through the 11th innings of the series. He ripped a game-tie triple and scored on a single of Nathan Looks to push Blue Jais above 500 for the season.

“We just kept playing our game,” Varsho told Sportsnet. “We are barely hitting the balls, and obviously sometimes it gets correct on the people. We just have to live with it.

“We have good approaches above and below the lineup. Pitching has been great (and) has been great. Just keep doing this and we are going to win a lot of ballgames.”

However, the availability of Anthony Santnder for the series opener is in question. Toronto left the game of Wednesday due to swelling in his left hip, and he sat outside on Thursday.

Blue Jais took a four-game road winning streak on Friday, when they start a six-game trek that takes them to Tampa Bay and Texas.

Toronto will turn to the left-handed Eric Lour (1-0, 2.25 ERA), which will begin to start against the right-handed Drew Rasmusen (2-4, 2.93).
