Dozers hurried the work of Bubik, as they threw 56 pitches in the first two innings. In the second, the Andy Page (two hits) sang and eventually scored the homer of Hernandez on the left-century wall, which placed Los Angeles 2–1.
Visitors added another run when Smith barely cleaned the wall of the center against Steven Cruise in the sixth. Los Angeles climbed two more in the seventh through Max Munsi and Miguel Rosas’s run-scoring single.
