After Miami Dolphin Outlook cuts his second release from December after cutting the defensive lineman Tir Tart. Tart was signed in April, but will not be on the roster and head to free agency. Christin Wilkins and Rekwon Davis signed with other teams, as Tart is the third DL departing this offsen. Tennessee will use a combination on Callis Campbell, Zach Cereler, Dason Hand, and other de-lines.
