‘Disappointed’ by Virat Kohli’s decision, Javed Akhtar broke heart, makes a humble request

Virat Kohli’s decision to leave the test format has broken many hearts worldwide. Kohli can be 36, but he is still one of the best batsmen in the game. Although his recent exploits in the test format were not even a mark, no one had estimated that one day would one day in the longest format of the Virat game, despite his heart so close to his heart is cricket. As the Indian cricket team prepares for life without Virat in the whites, the famous lyricist and lyricist Javed Akhtar has urged the talisman batsman to rethink his decision.

“Apparently Virat knows better, but as a fan of this great player, I am disappointed with his prematurely retirement from Test cricket. I think there is still a lot of cricket. I honestly request him to reconsider his decision,” he wrote X (earlier on Twitter.
