Deadspin | Grading of 49ers draft

San Francisco 49ers:
Grade: C
Best Pick: LB Nick Martin, number 75 overall
What did we like: Coach Kyle Shahhan got some very good values outside the first round. Martin was greatly reduced after being injured early in the season, but they should bring a sideline-to-sideline range to pairs with great instincts. Jordan Watkins (No. 138) has upside down the WR1, but in very few projects in the form of WR2 for crime. He was almost an Ameka Egbuka type in college, which was really pushed by impressive talents and was not given a chance to shine.
This is not certain about this: The first two rounds shrunk me. Edge Mykel Williams (11) is better on paper than the ground, but it is not a strat-o-canic game. Alfred colins (43) do not have the strength or agility of being a game-reaker, so the entire defensive line feels stable. There is still a magnificent hole on the aggressive tackle that requires more capital investment.
