Arizona Diamondback on Tuesday placed outfielder Corbin Carol in the injured list and recalled outfielder Jake Macarthi from Triple-e-Reno.

Carol was killed by a pitch of Justin Brohl of Toronto Blue Jais last week, in which Diamondback Manager Tori Lovulo revealed on Monday that the team’s star outfielder came to know about the chip fracture in his left wrist.
