D-Back ‘Andrew Calfrank restored with betting ban

Erizona Diamondback on Thursday restored the pitcher from the disqualified list to Andrew Cellfrank, marking the end of his one year suspension for betting on baseball games.
Diamondback opted for the 27 -year -old left -handed batsman for the Arizona Complex League.
The team nominated the right-handed Scott McGo for assignment to open a place on a 40-man roster.
On June 4, 2024, Major League Baseball announced a lifetime ban on the San Diego Padress Infielder/Outfields Tupita Markano for betting on baseball games. Calfrank, athletics pitcher Michael Kelly and two modest legers received a one -year ban for violating league sports betting rules and policies.
