Craig Casler named New LPGA Commissioner

The Board of Directors of LPGA chose Craig Casler as the 10th Commissioner of the organization on Thursday.
39 -year -old Caller, recently served as the main operating proposal for the US PGA.
His term begins on July 15 as he replaces Moli Markox salmon, who left the post in January.
“It’s not just about leading a sports organization – it’s about defines again what is possible,” Casler said. “This role is deeply individual to me – not only as a professional opportunity, but as a chance to create a difference in the world and create new opportunities for others. Golf life changes. I believe in LPGA missions, its members and its speed. I can’t wait to start.”
The appointment of Casler comes during LPGA’s landmark 75th anniversary season.

Prior to working for the US PGA, Casler was the CEO of the retail company Buff City Soap in Dallas. He works in boards of the National Golf Foundation and UT Southwestern Hospital System.
The Liz Moore will continue as the interim commissioner until the tenure of the Caller starts.
