Cory Sandhagen stops Deivesson Figueredo in 2 rounds

Des Moines, Iowa-Bentomweight Corey Sandhagen defeated Daveson Figraido in unexpected fashion on Saturday night, forcing the former flyweight champion to hurt his left knee, because a leg lock was wrong in a leg lock round 2.
The UFC Fight Night had all the Sandhagan round 1 of the top-five main program. He took Figure to the ground and overwhelmed them with a strike, while Figure did not allow him to be comfortable.
The fight was over at 4:08 of Round 2.
Sandhagen (18–5 MMA) called for a title later this year, given that his credibility increases by defeating someone from Figure’s caliber. Meanwhile, Figueredo (24–5–1) goes back to the drawing board.
“I want the winner,” Sandhagen said, as it is planning to monitor the UFC 316 main event between Bantamweight Merb Dwellishwalli and Sean O’Mali on 7 June in Newark, NJ on 7 June.

Banmatt Montell Jackson had little issue by defeating Daniel Marcos, unanimously decided on the scorecard of the three judges. Jackson (15–2) assigned Marcos’s first defeat in 18 quarrels, while Jackson won six in a row and showed a well-round skill with consecutive pressure in round 2 and 3.
Banomvet Serry Side won a unanimous decision against Cameron Smoterman 30–27, 29–28, 29-28 in wrestling-based bouts. The side (12–2) has won its last two, while Smothraman (12–5) fell 1–1 in promotion.
Lightweight Mason Jones opened a unanimous decision winning decision from the crowd of Wales Fargo Arenna, with 30–27, 30–27, 30-27, by spoiling the homecoming of Jeremy Stephens with UFC Des Moane Main Card.
Jones (16–2) controlled the center of Ashtakon with spontaneous boxing and several submission efforts. Stephens (29–22) returned to UFC for the first time since 2021, including bare-banging boxing after jumping in various subjects.
The first visit to UFC since June 2000 was back when UFC 26 took the center stage. Promotion will be out of midwest for UFC 315 in Montreal, Cubek, Canada on 10 May.
