From Yusuf Pathan to Mitchell Starc, there is a complete list of man of the match award winners in each IPL final here.

Since the establishment of the league in 2008, the “Player of the Match” award in each IPL final has highlighted the moments of personal talent amid the battle of the fierce team. Yusuf Pathan (2008)

Yusuf Pathan was the first recipient of the ‘Player of the Match’ award in the inaugural IPL season in 2008. He played an important role in the victory of Rajasthan Royals over Chennai Super Kings in the final, scored 56 off 39 balls and took 3/22 with balls.

Anil Kumbal (2009)

Despite the defeat of Royal Challengers Bangalore for Deccan Chargers in the 2009 IPL final, Anil Kumble was awarded the ‘Man of the Match’ award for his outstanding bowling performance, taking 4/16.

Suresh Raina (2010)

With an incredible undetermined knock of 57* (35), Raina led the Chennai Super Kings for his first IPL Championship in 2010. In addition, he took a wicket.

Murali Vijay (2011)

Murali Vijay made a great knock under pressure to help Chennai Super Kings to lift his second IPL trophy. He scored 95 (52) runs in the final.

Manvinder Bisla (2012)

Kolkata Knight Rider batsman Manvinder Bisla was awarded the ‘Player of the Match’ in the IPL 2012 final. He broke 89 (48) when KKR defeated CSK by 5 wickets in the final.

Keron Pollard (2013)

Mumbai Indians won their first IPL title in 2013. Match winner all-rounder Kieron Pollard scored 60* (32) in the final.

Manish Pandey (2014)

Kolkata Knight Riders’ Exclusive Batter Manish Pandey knocked KXIP by 3 wickets in the final of IPL 2014 for 94 (50).

Rohit Sharma (2015)

Rohit Sharma scored half a century in the final of IPL 2015 when Mumbai Indians defeated CSK by 41 runs.

Ben Cutting (2016)

Sunrisers Hyderabad’s Ben Cutting scored 39* (15) to power SRH to defeat RCB in the IPL 2016 final. He also took two wickets by scoring 8 runs.

Krunal Pandya (2017)

Krunal Pandya stood out in the final of IPL 2017, when he scored a significant 47 (38) runs to guide Mumbai Indians for a narrow win for 1 run against Rising Pune Super Junts (RPSG).

Shane Watson (2018)

Australian all -rounder Shane Watson broke a century in the IPL 2018 final. CSK has lifted the trophy by defeating SRH by 8 wickets.

Jasprit Bumrah (2019)

Jasprit Bumrah took two important wickets in a blockbuster final against CSK. MI won the final by 1 run.

Trent Bowlt (2020)

In 2020, Trent Bault received ‘Man of the Match’ in the final of IPL 2020, which took 3/30 for Mumbai Indians against Delhi Capital.

FAF Do Placeis (2021)

When FAF du Plessis was playing for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), he played 86 (59) match winning knocks in the final of IPL 2021, to guide his team to win the trophy against KKR.

Hardik Pandya (2022)

Gujarat Titans won their first IPL title in their first season. Former GT Captain Hardik Pandya displayed an all -round round performance in the final as GT defeated RR by 7 wickets.

Davon Conway (2023)

Devon Conway Devon Conway gave an outstanding performance, scoring 47 runs off just 25 balls.

Mitchell Starc (2024)

Mitchell Starc had a disappointing season, but gave an impressive performance in the final, where his team removed the title. He took two wickets in the finals, accepting only a few runs.
