The iconic quarterback probability TRAI Taylor is still a month away, which is actually away from becoming eligible to insert a pen on paper, but he announced his oral commitment to Nebraska Cornhockers on Thursday.
One of the top passers -by in the recruitment category of 2027, Taylor cannot formally sign with Nebraska until an early signature period in December 2026. However, it did not prevent 6-Foot-3, 185-Pound QB from promising her loyalty to Cornhockers.
Taylor began as a final decline as a sophomore at Carmel Catholic High School in Illinois, thrown for 20 touchdowns at a distance of 3,061 yards and seven interception. According to the 247Sports overall ranking for the 2027 class, four-star probability is number 35 in the country, number 3 quarterbacks and the number 2 player in Illinois.
In an interview with ESPN, Taylor said he was admitted from the sixth grade and the next year received a scholarship offer from Maryland. Taylor also said that he would not visit the complexes other than Nebraska, which he had chosen for Illinois, LSU and Texas A&M.
“(Nebraska coach Glenn) sitting with Thomas, joining Thomas and Crime, seeing how he starts coach (QB) dialon (Rayola) and how he can prepare me for the next level – I can’t just just wait,” Taylor told ESPN. “For me, it’s very difficult, because I have to wait so long to get there.”
