Colin Ri Silence Twins, PCA Parks duo to lead the cub on Minnesota

Pete Crow-Armestrong crushed a pair of domestic runs and the right-handed colin Rae handled the rest as the Chicago cub defeated the twins of Minnesota in an 8–1 blowout in Minianpolis on Thursday afternoon.
Ri (7-3) hit three hits scattered and hit five innings in seven innings in a light workout behind the aggressive barrage of Chicago. Crow-Armystrong scored 3-for-4 and three runs with RBI and Siya Suzuki added three hits.
The cub collected 14 total hits and after taking a 1-0 lead in the second, the two-run explosion at Cro-Armystrong’s Center Field made it 3–0. He led the seventh innings with another long home run, which put the cub in front of 7–1.
Armstrong, who now has 25 domestic runs in this season, also collected his 21st doubles of the season
The third Basman Royce Lewis made two hits of the four hits of Minnesota and the loan of Twins came with one in the fifth on the Solo shot of Run Kodi Clemens.
Michael Bush added two RBI to Chicago, avoiding three-game sweeps. Dansbi Swansan and Nico Horner each ended with two hits and one RBI.
The twins lost their last six matches for the second time in their last six matches.
Twins Right-Hander Chris Padack conceded six runs on 11 hits in five innings. He went one and hit two.
The cub reliever Brad Kellers and Daniel Palansia picked a scorer inning episi to seal the victory.
Chicago started scoring in the second. Swansan hit the one-out double and later scored two batsmen at the Horner’s single to center.
Matt Shaw holds a sacrifice fly pair at the fourth, which tops Chicago 4–0.
Hot hitting continued in the fifth. Bush and Swanson hit back-to-back, run-scoring solo. It pushed the cub’s lead 6–0 and chased Padack from the game at the end of the innings.
