Chase the series sweep of Streaking Reds Skiding Twins

Matt Macqueline and Cincinnati Reds will look at the three-game series sweep, when they host the Minnesota twin children in Thursday’s Matini.

Reds finished its fourth straight and ninth position in 11 matches on Wednesday, defeating Twins 4–2 in a competition which ended at the bottom of the sixth innings due to rain. Cincinnati has won four direct chains for the first time this season to play four games more than 500.

The twins are waiting for children to see if they will be their best hitting option in the catcher back in the lineup on Thursday. Ryan Jeffers were excluded on Wednesday after maintaining an injury on their right hand with a dishonest tip a day earlier.

Brook Lee on Wednesday enhanced his hitting streak for Twins for a career-high 17 games, which fell 0–5 on his six-game trip via Houston and Cincinnati.

Fielder Bayran Buxon, who was deep on the first pitch on Wednesday, has worked in each of the first two matches of the series. He leads twins with 13 domestic runs.
