According to NFL Insider Ian Ripoport, the Chargers miscreants had a deadline today to report the training camp, and Harris was not present. The selection of the second round from Ole Miss is one of the 30 seconds of round, which remain inconsiderate due to controversies over guaranteed funds in their contracts.
