World No. 2 Carlos Alakraj was entitled to a holiday after the victory of five sets of marathon by Carlos Alakraj.

Apparently, the short journey he made to rest in a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea was quite long.

Alakraj is in the fray for the HSBC Championship at Queen Club in London, which begins on Monday. He is the defending champion in Wimbledon, which starts from June 30, and is taking advantage of the preparation time as the season shifts to the Grass Court in London from Clay Court in Paris.

Top players do not always take advantage of playing in the queen’s club, often use time for the recovery or comfort of injury, but Alkaraz is not one of them. He won the tournament there two years ago, and lost in the second round last year.

He chased both times with Wimbledon Jeet.

22 -year -old Alkaraz will face 26 -year -old Spaniered Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the first round on Monday.
