Cardinals scored 12 runs, hands white sox sixth straight loss

Ivan Herrera had two hits and four RBI, Brendon Donovan moved 4-for-5 with a single domestic run and Matthew Libertor played six strong innings, as St. Louis Cardinals rooted hosts Chicago White Sox 12-2 on Tuesday.
St. Louis has won two out of three on the heels of the six-game losing streak. White Sox lost its sixth straight, the third skid of the club at least several games this season.
Alec Berlson added three hits, including one homer and two RBI, which helps to get the cardinals out of white sox 13–6.
Chicago first killed, two-out, first-inning rally by RBI Single of Edgar Quero. This was the first of the two hits of Quero in the game.
The lead did not last long, as the cardinals responded with five runs against the White Sox Routed Right-Hand Shane Smith in the top of the other. Even after St. Louis, Harera gave a two-nine single to the scoring, which was also raised behind a throwing error, single and RBI groundout.
Smith (3-4) scored six runs (five earned) and six hits in 4 1/3 innings. He went three and hit a batsman, killing two career-less. For the first time in 14 on Tuesday, it was marked that Smith was accused of earned more than three earned runs. He scored six runs to the Chicago cub on 16 May, but was earned only one.
Libertor (4-6) won his first win from May 6 after two runs and five hits in six innings. He killed four against zero walk.
Chicago scored his second run on Vinny Capra’s RBI sacrifice fly in the fifth innings.
White Sox Bulpen allowed six runs and seven hits in 4 2/3 innings. Wilson Contrarasas stole the house for St. Louis in the fifth. Herera added one and two runs in the sixth.
Capra, who started at the shortstop, surrendered Victor Scott II to two -run Homer in the ninth.
St. Louis improved 24–18 against Chicago All-Time, including the 12–11 rate field.
