Cardinals dies on lieutenant Luis Sharp, 3-Bar Pro Baller, 65

For a long time, Cardinals have tackled three -time Pro Bowl selection from Luis Sharp, died at the age of 65.

Sharp played all 13 of his NFL season with a franchise in St. Louis (1982–87) and Arizona (1988–94).

Sharp’s wife, Tamka Williams-Sharpe shared the news of his passing on social media on Saturday.

According to the Republic of Arizona, “While following deep sorrow and love, I share that my dear husband Luis Sharp has passed away.” “His strength, love, and faith was a light for all those who knew him. I am grateful for every moment we shared and for many prayers and kindness extended to our family.

“Although my heart is heavy, I am confident that Louis is now resting in the eternal peace of God. Please continue to lift our family in prayer.”

Born in Havana, Cuba, grew up in Sharp Detroit and became the first round of draft pick (16th composite) out of UCLA in 1982.

He started all 189 of his regular-seasons with cardinals and made a Pro Bowl in 1987, 1988 and 1989.
