Wright-Hander Aaron Sivale was hit by the rotation of Millvauki Brevers, and now he wants to do business from the club.

Sivale in rotation was ranked by top probability Jacob Maithorowski, who was called from Triple-e Nashville to start MLB against St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday. Milwauki has also introduced Freddy Paralta, Ruki Chad Patrick, Quin Proster and Jose Quintana in its early rotation.

Shortly after the team informed Sivale, he requested Brucers General Manager Matt Arnold, who was going to Bulpen, his agent, Jack Toffee.

“The conversation was very professional,” Toffee said according to the athletic on Thursday. “I just said very respectfully that Aaron would really like the opportunity to continue his career as a starter. He is going to be a free agent at the end of the year.”

Toffee said that Sivale is only examining his options.

“Aaron is not angry or beating his fist on the table,” said Toffee. “But it’s a little confusing because he has not made his way out of the rotation. It is a subjective option that the organization is creating.”

Brucers Manager Pat Murphy took a separate about Bulpen’s Sivale’s move.

“He is not happy,” Murphy said according to the Milwauki Journal-Santinal.

“During his career, he has been a successful starter in the major leagues, he helped us last year. He is fine. … Even though he has never done it, we think he can handle it. You can look at the numbers around Sivale’s third time, he can be better in this year’s team, if he could be in that long relief, he may be in that long relief.”

On Thursday, at the age of 30, Sivale recorded all 122 performances of his regular session as a starter. He came out of the Bulpen in the game 1 defeat of the 2024 National League Wild-Card Series against New York Mets, throwing three scorer innings.

This season with Civale Milwauki is 1-2 with 4.91 ERA in this season.

He is 40–37 with 4.06 ERA in his career with Cleveland (2019–23), Tampa Bay Raz (2023–24) and Broverns, who did business for him in the last July.

“He is a boy who was a very useful part for our team last year,” Arnold said about Sivale. “We did a business for him, he has done a good job here that is coming back from injury. He has done nothing wrong here, of course, and I think he will continue to get opportunities.

“And things can change. How many, 17, different starts last year used? Always there is something that can be where he can slide back in the role and he proves that he can do so at a high level in major leagues and especially here.

“Right now, we think this is the right step for him and the team.”
